In a one-shot-film the german actor Martin Semmelrogge, well known for his numerous encounters with parties and alcohol, plays a man of the red light district. He gives a monologue about life: About how everything starts with you eating porridge and ends with you eating porridge. And all the nice things in between? All the filet steaks and gourmet finesse? Well, for many these things are just not on top of life’s menu card. Because life doesn’t want you to eat. Life wants you to drink!
